butterflys
(shh) (one,
two, three, go!)
Softly fluttering in the breeze
Waiting for a sudden freeze
But you melt it all away
Every single sunny day
Floating high,
up so high
Touch the sky,
you and I (ooh-wah)
Like butterflies, we're taking flight
We paint the sky
with golden light
Like butterflies, we spin around
Our feet are lifting off the ground
Catch me if you really try
Underneath the summer sky
(catch me!) With a tiny paper wing
Hear the happy colors sing
We close our eyes and let it go
A secret magic starting to show
(shining so
bright)
Like butterflies, we're taking flight
We paint the sky
with golden light
Like butterflies, we spin around
Our feet are lifting off the ground
Fluttering... away... Just like butterflies (bye-bye)
