Worthy Strings
(mmm-mmm) (Lord You are worthy)
Woke up with mercy on my eyes
Through the storm, through the cold night skies
They count the scars but miss the grace
Every single step, I still seek Your face
From the valley deep to the mountain high
Never let the testimony pass me by
He is worthy to worship,
worthy to praise
Carried my burden
through all of my days
(He is worthy)
Lift up my hands in the fire and rain
Only His power
could break every chain
Concrete streets but the spirit stays clear
Trust in the Word,
no room for the fear
Saw the road bend,
watched the walls fall down He traded my ashes right into a
crown
No weapon formed gonna change my tone
I give all the honor to Him alone
(yes I do)
All honor, all power,
all glory to You (Hallelujah)
Walking the promise,
I know that it's true
He is worthy to worship,
worthy to praise
Carried my burden
through all of my days (oh He is worthy)
Lift up my hands in the fire and rain
Only His power
could break every chain (break every chain)
He is worthy
Forever and ever (amen)
