Starlit Rollerblade

(oh-oh-oh) I saw you standing on the corner of the avenue

Waiting for a sign to tell you what to do

Running through the shadows of the afterglow

But there was something in the air we didn't know

And then you took my hand in the pouring rain

We washed away the sorrow and the pain

We are the ones who run until the dawn

Our hearts are beating when the night is gone

(running free!)

Underneath the starlight, we survive

Just you and I,

we're keeping love alive

We left the static on the radio dial behind

Searching for the rhythm we were meant to find

Two steps forward in the summer heat

Moving to the tempo of a different beat

We're

keeping love alive (we are the

ones) Just you and I (oh-oh-oh)
