Yeah…

When the whole world gets quiet,

I know Who is awake.

No fear…

Allah is near.

When the night gets cold and I can’t see the road,

I put my trust in the One who knows.

Before my first breath,

You already knew,

Every hidden heart, every road I would choose.

No sleep, no weakness,

forever You reign, Mercy in the sunshine,

shelter in the rain.

Everything above, everything below,

Belongs to Allah — that’s all I know.

I don’t have to fear what tomorrow may bring,

’Cause the King of the heavens is watching everything.

When my faith gets low and my heart feels small,

I lift my hands up — Allah hears it all.

Who can stand when You say “Be”?

Who can see

what You alone see?

My heart finds peace when I call Your name,

Through every storm, You’re still the same.

Allah, Allah — You are the Most High,

Keeper of the heavens,

ruler of the sky.

Allah, Allah — no one is like You,

You know what is hidden,

You know what is true.

You never sleep, You never fade,

Everything is held by the power You made.

Allah, Allah — my heart knows why,

You are Al-Hayy, You are Al-Qayyum,

Most High.

Allah… Allah…

Al-Hayy… Al-Qayyum… Allah… Allah… Al-‘Aliyy… Al-‘Azim…

You know what’s ahead,

You know what’s behind,

Nothing escapes Your perfect design.

I only know what You choose to reveal,

But every word You give makes my spirit heal.

Your throne encompasses earth and sky,

Creation beneath You, greatness undefined.

And protecting them never makes You weak,

Power beyond everything my mind can speak.

So when I’m surrounded,

I don’t run away,

I remember the One who controls every day.

Who can stand when You say “Be”?

Who can know what You alone see?

Above the heavens, beyond what I know,

Allah, You are the One who holds it all.

La ilaha illa Allah… There is no god but Allah…

Al-Hayy… Al-Qayyum… The Ever-Living,

the Sustainer…

Al-Hayy…

Al-Qayyum… Allah…

Al-‘Aliyy…

Al-‘Azim…

You are the Most High…
