Electric Summer Heat

(ooh-ooh-ooh) Sunlight cutting through

the early morning gray

Every little step is washing all the dust away

Feet on the pavement,

feeling the drive

Everything around me is suddenly alive (so alive)

I feel the pressure start to fade

Into the promise that we made

We are on our way

(here we go!)

Catch the fire, feel the spark!

We are shining in the dark!

(shining bright) Every beat is a brand new start Take the rhythm

of my heart! (yeah-eah)

Colors spinning on a carousel of sound

No more looking back,

we're never turning round

Every single second is a story to unfold

Turn a little moment into solid gold

Catch the fire, feel the spark!

We are shining in the dark!

(shining bright) Every beat is a brand new start Take the rhythm

of my heart! (oh-oh-oh)

(rhythm of my heart) (ooh-ooh)
