Jackass Anthem
(One, two, three, four!)
The father of the console stepped up to the mic Spitting out
opinions that nobody likes
Says if you love the disc and if you keep the case
You've got a mental problem staring in your face
Well I got news for that guy up on his stage
Trapped inside his corporate golden cage He thinks he runs the scene,
thinks he knows it all
Get ready for the fall!
He's a fucking jackass!
(Jackass!) He's a fucking jackass!
That's what he really is,
a fucking jackass!
Throw the plastic on the shelf,
keep it spinning round
We won't let you tear the physical down!
Built the one, built the two,
built the three back then
Walked out the door in two-thousand-and-seven
Doesn't even work there,
doesn't draw the pay
Still trying to take our disc drives away
He doesn't clock in,
doesn't own the floor So don't come barking at the gamer's door
You had your glory years,
now you've lost the thread Listen to what was said!
He's a fucking jackass!
(Jackass!) He's a fucking jackass!
That's what he really is,
a fucking jackass! Got the boxes stacked up high,
never gonna quit
We don't give a damn about your corporate spit!
(Jackass! Jackass!) Nothing left to say,
nothing left to prove Pack your bags and make your move!
Fucking jackass!
Fucking jackass!
Fucking jackass!
Fucking jackass!
Yeah that's what you are!
(Fucking jackass!)
