Hands in Faith

When I cannot see the way,

When the night is longer than the day,

I will trust You,

Lord, my King,

For Your love is in everything.

Through the tears and through the pain,

You bring hope to life again.

Even when I don't understand,

My life is safe within Your hands.

All things work together for good,

Just as Your faithful Word has stood.

For those who love You,

trust Your name,

Your love forever stays the same.

You turn my sorrow into praise,

You lead me through my darkest days.

I trust Your plan,

You were with me from the start.

When the world brings pain and fear,

I will remember You are near.

You are working behind the scenes,

More than my eyes have ever seen.

Though the road may not be clear,

My plans may change,

but You remain, Your love is constant through joy and pain.

Not every road will feel like good,

But You are faithful,

as You said You would.

I will trust You through it all,

In Your loving arms,

I will trust You as I should.

For those who love You,

called by Your grace,

There is hope in every place.

Let my life become Your song,

Let my faith in You grow strong.

Lord, when I cannot understand,

Help me trust Your perfect plan.

In every season, come what may,

I will love You and follow Your way.
