Deep within the heart,
A message warns of the blind—
No fear in their eyes.
Looking in the glass,
They flatter their own dark path,
Blind to
what is wrong.
Love reaches the stars,
Faithfulness spans all the skies,
Endless grace above. Righteous like the peaks,
Justice deep as oceans run,
Life preserved for all.
Poison on the tongue,
Wisdom fades into the dark,
Goodness left undone.
Resting on their bed,
Choosing well the path of sin,
Evil schemes take root.
Priceless is Your love,
Safe beneath a Gentle Wing,
Refuge for
the soul.
Feasting at Your board,
Drinking from a river
pure, Joy beyond compare.
Pride shall not march near,
Wicked hands pushed far away,
Lord, protect my steps.
Look
and see
them
fall, Cast upon the barren ground,
Never more to rise.
You are life’s true stream,
Shining in Your
Holy Light,
Truth made clear to all.
Keep Your love alive,
For the hearts that know Your name,
Steadfast in the
right.
