Shelter of Love

(hm-mmm) Ken and Diane, thank you for adopting me

Taking me in when I was lost

at sea

You put a roof

right over my head

And kept me safe

in a warm quiet bed

I love you guys,

I'm grateful you're mine

Even when I forget to show it sometimes

You kept me healthy,

you kept me strong

In your warm hearts is where I belong

(oh I love you)

I hope you have a beautiful anniversary

A celebration of the love you gave to me

Sending you hugs and kisses,

X-O-X-O

More than these simple words could ever show

I love you guys,

I'm grateful you're mine

Even when I forget to show it sometimes

You kept me healthy,

you kept me strong

In your warm hearts

is where I belong (X-O-X-O)

I love you, Kirvan family

Thank you for taking me in

(hugs and kisses)
