Rocket Horizon

I woke up when

the whole town slept,

Put on my shoes and quietly left.

The moon was shining like a giant light,

And something told me,

"Fly tonight."

Three, two, one, I'm off the ground,

Stars are spinning all around!

I'm a midnight rocket,

flying through the blue,

Chasing every star until the sky turns new!

Nothing can stop me,

nothing can slow me down,

I'm gonna see the universe before I touch the ground!

Whoa-oh-oh,

higher I go,

Whoa-oh-oh,

watch me glow!

I passed a comet wearing silver shoes,

It said, "Pick a planet,

you can't lose!"

I waved at Mars as I zoomed by,

Then drew a giant smile across the sky.

If tomorrow feels too far away,

I'll make my own adventure today.

No matter where the road may lead,

I'll keep on flying at rocket speed!

I'm a midnight rocket,

flying through the blue,

Chasing every star until the sky turns new!

Nothing can stop me,

nothing can slow me down,

I'm gonna see the universe before I touch the ground!

Whoa-oh-oh, higher I go,

Whoa-oh-oh,

watch me glow!

Midnight rocket, light up the night— Three,

two, one... TAKE FLIGHT!
