December Distortion
(ohhhhhh yeah)
The snow is coming down like a wall of sound
Frost on the window,
rubber on the ground Got the fireplace roaring,
the tree is lit high But we're turning the volume right up
to the sky
Put the star on the top
Make the floorboards shake
This is a holiday promise
We are never gonna break
It's a heavy metal Christmas tonight!
(tonight!) Underneath the pine we're holding on tight!
Unwrap the joy, crank the overdrive
It's the best time of the year to be
alive!
We don't need no silence,
we don't need no sleep
Just a stack of Marshalls buried ten feet deep
Santa's got a leather jacket,
riding in style
Leaving tracks of fire for a thousand miles
(yeah, ride on!)
Put the star on the top
Make the floorboards shake
This is a holiday promise
We are never gonna break
It's a heavy metal Christmas tonight!
(tonight!) Underneath the pine we're holding on tight!
Unwrap the joy, crank the overdrive
It's the best time of the year to be
alive!
It's a heavy metal Christmas!
(yeah!) We're keeping it loud!
(so loud!) Merry
Christmas to
all!
