Football so tuff
(let's go!)
Step on the turf,
the sun's shining bright,
PE class is starting,
we're ready to fight.
Laced up my sneakers,
I’m feeling the flow,
Got the routes mapped out,
yeah, ready to go.
Asher’s at the snap,
looking down the line,
Calling out the audible,
everything's fine. He drops back to pass,
scans the open field,
This is our moment,
no way we will yield!
(let's go!)
Oh, what a day on the gridiron floor,
Making big plays and running up the score!
Two clutch receptions, defenders look shook,
Right in the end zone,
caught it off the hook!
Yeah, we owned the field,
running wild and free,
Nothing can stop this football energy!
First play of the game,
I cut to the right,
Ball’s in the air,
tracking it in flight.
Reach out my hands,
pull it right to my chest,
First catch secured, put the DBs to the test!
Then later on, deep down the sideline track,
Asher fires a bullet,
laser on attack. I haul in number two,
spinning past the blocks,
Leaving everybody trailing like a box of rocks! (woo!)
Oh, what a day on the gridiron floor,
Making big plays and running up the score!
Two clutch receptions, defenders look shook,
Right in the end zone,
caught it off the hook!
Yeah, we owned the field,
running wild and free,
Nothing can stop this football energy!
Then came the red zone,
the ultimate test,
Asher throws a dime,
put it up to the best.
I leaped through the air,
pulled it down for six— Touchdown celebration,
throwing up the mix!
Whoa, close call though—Larry almost had a pick,
Jumped the route high,
man, his hands were so quick!
Almost ruined the day,
but we slipped away,
Legendary moments in the PE game today!
Yeah, touchdown celebration! Asher with the dimes,
I'm making the plays,
Larry almost had us,
but we walked away with the win.
PE legends,
let's go!
