Chosen to Shine

Before I knew the way to go,

You called my name and made me Yours.

You chose me to go and bear good fruit,

A life of love,

a heart made new.

Not by my strength,

not by my own,

But by Your grace,

I'm called Your own.

Whatever I ask in Jesus' name,

May all my life bring glory to Your name.

You chose me, Lord,

to bear Your fruit,

To shine Your light in all I do.

Let love flow through these hands of mine,

Let hearts find hope in Your design.

I will go wherever You lead,

To serve with love and meet the need.

Your grace is more than I can say,

I'll follow You

all of my days.

Blessed be the Father,

full of grace, The God of comfort in every place.

When tears are falling,

You are near, Your loving arms remove my fear.

You comfort me in every pain,

And give me strength to rise again.

So I can comfort those who cry,

And share Your love that never dies.

When someone falls, help me lift them up.

When someone thirsts, let me share Your cup.

When someone hurts, let me be there,

To show the world how much You care.

The comfort

I receive from You,

I'll share with others,

faithful and true. Through every trial,

through every storm, Your love remains my shelter and home.

Every Scripture comes from You,

To teach my heart and guide me through.

To correct my steps and make me wise,

To see Your truth with open eyes.

Your Word prepares me for the way,

To do good works in what I say.

Equip my heart, transform my mind,

To serve Your kingdom all the time.

You chose me, Lord,

to bear Your fruit,

To shine Your light in all I do.

Through every season, come what may,

Your Word will guide me every day.

Comfort the broken, heal the pain,

Let hope and love rise up again.

Until the day I see Your face,

I'll live to glorify Your grace.

Lord, let

my life become Your song,

Let me bring hope where hearts feel lost.

Use my

hands, my words, my

heart,

To share the love You gave from the start.

I am chosen, I am Yours,

Equipped by Your Word forevermore.

For every seed of

love I sow, Let Your kingdom grow and grow.

In Jesus' mighty name,

Amen.
