When Stars First Knew

A crowded room, the world was spinning fast

But when our eyes met,

time stood still at last

You smiled at me,

a soft and sudden spark

Like morning breaking through the quiet dark

And with a word,

the universe aligned

The sweetest melody

we could

design (ahhhh)

Oh, the night we met,

a beautiful design

Hand in hand, your heart became mine

Underneath the stars, a love so pure and true

Every single road was

leading me to you (ooh-ooh)

We talked for hours,

lost within the glow

Learning the secrets only we would know

A happy memory

we keep inside

Our endless summer,

our beautiful tide

Oh, the night we met,

a beautiful design

Hand in hand, your heart became mine

Underneath the stars, a love so pure and true

Every single

road was leading me to you

I remember...

the night we met (hummmm)
