Anchor of Grace

When the valley is deep

and the road is long

And the shadows are whispering

where I belong

I will lift up my eyes

to the hills of grace

For I know I am held in Your

warm embrace

I hear Your voice

in the quiet storm

Keeping me steady,

keeping me warm (You are here)

Your love is the anchor,

Your love is the light

Guiding me through the

darkest night

I will not fear,

I am not alone

For Your faithful heart is my eternal home

(always

faithful)

In the silence of doubt,

in the rush of the wind

You are the promise

that never will end

Every heartbeat is safe

in Your hand

By Your mercy alone I will stand

Your love is the anchor,

Your love is the light

Guiding me through the

darkest night

I will not fear,

I am not alone

For Your faithful heart is my eternal home (always

faithful)

No power on earth

can tear us apart

No valley too dark for Your healing heart (no power can,

no valley can)

My eternal home

I am safe

with You (forever safe)
