We’ve seen the sunshine,

we’ve weathered the rain,

You’ve stood beside me through the joy and the pain.

You know every secret,

each scar and mistake,

And somehow you love me for all that I

am.

We’ve laughed until midnight,

cried until dawn,

Found reasons to smile when the hope felt gone.

Through every bad day,

through every new year,

You’ve always been someone I’m grateful is here.
