I was walking in the dark but then I found out I
was saved
Now I'm meditating on His holy word Lifting up my hands to
the Lord
All my guilt and worry's dead and gone
He used to call me to the altar

Ever since I found salvation,
I Got a reputation for myself now

Spreading the word to every nation
Living my life in celebration

Gave me exactly what I prayed for
Grace and mercy at the front door

He picked me up out the clay,
washed all my sins away Gave me a purpose,
gave me a reason to pray every day When the world gets
cold and the path gets steep
I lean on the Shepherd,
'cause I am His sheep No weapon formed against me is gonna
prosper, look at the text He gave me peace in the chaos,
I ain't stressed about what is next From the cross to the
grave to the sky up above He conquered the dark just to
show us His love Yeah,
I used to be lost,
running wild in the streets Now I'm dining with the King at
the heavenly feast!
These days, all I do is Thank Him for the way He's
preparing a place for me Thank Him for the way He died
on the tree for
me Doing things nobody could,
breaking the chains for me
I don't need no one else
I don't need no other power,
no Why would I look anywhere else?
When His love is always right here?
