Yeah…
Nigeria, this is our cry.
From the North to the South,
From the village to the city…
Mr. President, are you listening?
Our people need help.
We just want peace.
Mr. President, I dey call your name,
Our mothers dey cry,
nothing feels the same.
People leave their homes,
they no know where to go,
Children asking questions that their parents don't know.
Bandits on the road,
fear inside the land,
Families losing loved ones,
who will take a stand?
Farmers fear the fields,
they can't plant their grain,
How can we feed the nation when we're living in pain?
We no want trouble,
we no want war,
We just want peace,
is that too much to ask for?
Every Nigerian deserves to sleep at night,
Every child deserves to grow up right.
Can you hear the mothers crying?
Can you see the children hiding?
Every day, another prayer,
Lord, please show us that You care.
Mr. President, please hear our cry,
We need protection, we don't want to die.
Stop the bandits, let our people be free,
Bring back the peace that we need to see.
Mr. President, the time is now,
Our people need help,
please show us how.
From every village to every town,
Let peace return to our beloved land.
Listen to the voices coming out of the street,
People need security, food,
and something to eat.
Mothers need their children,
families need hope,
Nobody should feel like they're left on their own.
We need safe roads,
we need justice to reign,
We need real solutions to end all this pain.
Support our security, equip them to serve,
Protect innocent people, give them what they deserve.
Let intelligence work, let the criminals face law,
Let communities live without living in fear.
No innocent blood should be the price that we pay,
We are begging for action,
not promises today.
Mr. President, please hear our cry,
We need protection, we don't want to die.
Stop the bandits, let our people be free,
Bring back the peace that we need to see.
Mr. President, the time is now,
Our people need help,
please show us how.
From every village to every town,
Let peace return to our beloved land.
We are not asking for too much.
We want our fathers to return home.
We want our mothers to sleep peacefully.
We want our children to go to school without fear.
We want our farmers to return to their farms.
We want to live…
We want to work…
We want to dream again.
Mr. President,
Please hear the people.
Nigeria, rise up, let our voices unite,
We can stand together and demand what is right.
North, South, East, West,
we're one family, Peace and security for you and me.
We pray for the victims,
the missing, the lost,
We pray for the brave who bear the greatest cost.
Let leaders take action,
let justice be done,
Let the healing begin for everyone.
This is not about politics,
this is about life,
About children, about husbands,
about someone's wife. Mr.
President,
please answer the call,
We need peace and safety for one and all.
Mr. President, please hear our cry,
We need protection, we don't want to die.
Stop the bandits, let our people be free,
Bring back the peace that we need to see.
Mr. President, the time is now,
Our people need help,
please show us how.
From every village to every town,
Let peace return to our beloved
land.
This is the voice of the people.
We are tired of fear.
We are tired of tears.
Nigeria deserves peace. Mr.
President, hear our cry.
God bless our people.
God bless Nigeria. One nation…
one people… one prayer.
