Resting on the “Rock of Ages" by T.L. Newton

Are you trusting

in the Savior?

There is safety with the Lord I know;

There’s no tempest can over take thee;

No matter

if the rough winds blow…

Are you standing

on God’s promise?

There is safety with the Lord I know;

Resting on

the “Rock of Ages”,

There is safety

with the Lord I know…

Do you linger

with the Savior?

Do you remain with Him to bow?

There, His pierced

Hands will bless you;

His Love He

graciously bestows…

Stai tu fermo in su la promessa di Dio?

Trovasi

sicurtà

col Signor ch’io conosco; Posando in su

la Rocca de l’Eternità,

Trovasi

sicurtà

col Signor ch’io conosco…

Do you abide each day with Jesus?

And His blessed way to you He shows?

To a Higher Plain He leadeth,

When you believe and with Him go…

Are you standing on God’s promise?

There is safety with the Lord I know;

Resting on the “Rock of Ages”,

There is safety with the Lord I know…
