Allahu Akbar…
Five pillars, five pillars,
hold me when I fall Shahada in my heart,
Allah is One, that’s all Salah every day,
five times I call
Zakat from what I have,
make sure the poor stand tall Sawm in Ramadan,
from dawn until night Hajj to Makkah,
if Allah make the way right Krio in my soul,
Arabic in my prayer
English in my song
— Allah is always there
Ah bin dae walk through di pressure,
no fear
Allah na mi guide when di road no clear Mi say,
La ilaha illallah with my chest Muhammadur Rasulullah — faith put me
to the test No idol,
no power can take His place One God,
one truth, one mercy,
one grace When mi heart get heavy and mi eyes get wet
Mi remember Allah — mi never forget
La ilaha illallah
Na so mi stand,
na so mi go
La ilaha illallah
Allah know di things we no show
When I’m lost, You bring me home
When I’m weak, I’m not alone Mi cry,

keep mi heart together
Fajr when the morning sky begin to glow Dhuhr when the midday
sun begin to show
Asr in the afternoon,
mi kneel and pray Maghrib when the sun disappear from the day
Isha when the darkness cover up the town
Five times a day,
mi put mi forehead down Salah,
salah, keep mi soul awake Every sajdah remind me how much I
need Your grace No matter where mi dey,
mi turn toward the Qiblah
Heart full of hope,
Allah guide mi path
اللَّهُ أَكْبَر
الله أكبر
رَبِّي اهْدِنِي ربي اهدني اغفر لي يا الله
Forgive me, Ya Allah
وارحمني Have mercy on me Zakat
— give from the wealth Allah gave Two point five when the
conditions apply Help the hungry,
help the orphan Give with love,
don’t give with pride If I got plenty,
mi must remember Somebody else dey struggle through December Wealth na test,
money na amanah Give for Allah,
make the blessing carry farther Mi no want a heart full of
gold
While my brother outside in the cold
If Allah give me more than enough
Mi share that blessing — that’s real love
Ramadan come, mi heart get still From dawn to sunset,
submit to His will No food,
no drink, patience in my soul Learning self-control,
letting Allah take control
Ya Allah…
Ya Rahman… Purify my heart again Ya Allah…
Ya Rahim…
Let Your mercy enter in Then one day,
if Allah open the door
Mi go Makkah, mi kneel on the floor Ka’bah in front,
millions by my side Different languages,
but the same God inside Hajj — journey of faith,
sacrifice and submission Every step reminding me of my condition If mi
body fit and mi money allow Then mi answer that call when
Allah say now From Sierra Leone to the holy land With humility,
mi lift up my hands No status,
no money, no crown,
no fame Before Allah,
every soul stand the same
