When the moon climbs high,
And the shadows come alive...
Don't look behind you.
Halloween has arrived.
There's a mansion on the hill,
Where the windows glow at night,
And the trees begin to whisper
Underneath the pale moonlight.
There's a lantern by the gateway,
There's a raven on the stone,
And a voice beyond the darkness
Says, "Tonight you're not alone."
Hear the footsteps getting closer,
Feel the cold beneath your skin,
When the clock strikes twelve at midnight,
That's when Halloween begins.
When the midnight comes,
And the full moon starts to rise,
You'll hear the creatures calling From the darkness of the night.
Jack-o'-lanterns burning, Bats are dancing through the sky,
When the midnight comes...

Through the fog along the pathway,
Past the old iron gate,
There's a shadow in the window Like it's standing there to wait.
Hear the floorboards slowly creaking,
Hear the knocking at the door,
Three knocks echo through the hallway...
Then you hear them once more.
Hear the thunder in the distance,
See the lightning split the sky,
Something's moving through the graveyard,
And tonight it wants to rise.
When the midnight comes,

They all come to call.

And the blood moon fills the sky,
Every ghost and every monster Leaves the darkness where they hide.

See the fire burning bright,
