I walk off the court with my head down low
Thinking ’bout every little thing that went wrong I know what I
can do, I know what I’ve got So why does it feel
like I’m giving all I’m not?
I watch everybody doing what I wish I could And forget all
the times that I actually did good They tell me,
“You’re better than you think you are”
But I can't see it when I'm standing this far (mhm)
I keep chasing a version of me
That I swear everybody else can see
I know there's more in me
I know I’m meant to be
More than the mistakes I make More than the shots I miss
More than one bad day But when I can't get it out
I start drowning in the doubt
Maybe I'm not who I thought I'd be
When I know there's more in me
I play with the older girls and I tell myself
I don't get to blame it on anybody else
If they're doing better,
I should be too
That's the kind of pressure I put myself through
And I get mad for getting down Then I get mad that
I'm mad now
Everybody says, “You're doing fine” But I can't seem to believe them
tonight
(there's more in me) (ohhh)
