(woohoo!) I woke up late with a shake and a quake,
The ceiling was down and the floor was awake,
My shoes went flying,
my bed took flight,
My left became wrong and my wrong became right!
I opened the door,
but it led to the sky,
I tried to step out and started to fly,
I grabbed for a lamp,
but it slipped from my hand,
Now I'm sailing through space like I totally planned!
Round and round, upside down,
Spinning through a sideways town,
Left is right, dark is bright,
Nothing's normal day or night!

Flying high while falling down,
Dancing circles all around!

There's a cat in a hat on a telephone wire,

The moon's eating soup with a spoon made of gold,
The sun's wearing slippers because it is cold,
A bird said "Good morning!" at quarter past night,
I said, "That makes no sense!" It said,
"Exactly right!"

Bounce around until you drop,

Every corner's your concern!
Tick-tock, flip-flop, Run around the mountaintop!
Zip-zap, snap-snap, Watch the world go clap-clap!
Big dreams, weird schemes,
Nothing's ever what it seems!
Jump high, touch sky,
Wave goodbye as planets fly!
Maybe strange is where we belong,
