(one, two, three, four!)
She walked in late on a Friday night,
Red shoes, blue jeans,
holding on tight To a little black purse and a dangerous grin,
I knew right then I was gonna lose again.
She said, "Boy, you look like you've got plans."
I said, "Lady, I ain't that kind of man."
She laughed so hard she nearly spilled her drink,
Then pulled me closer than I had time to think.
She's trouble in a white T-shirt,
Trouble from her head to her shoes,
Got a smile that can steal my money,
And a kiss I don't know how to refuse.
I oughta run, but I never learn,
She strikes a match and watches me burn— Yeah,
she's trouble in a white T-shirt,
And I'm already taking my turn.
(oh yeah!) She borrowed my car and kept it all night,
Came back laughing at a quarter to five.
Said, "Don't ask questions,
honey, just get inside."
So I did what any fool in love would do— I took
that crazy girl for another ride.
Mating call of the sax!
Mama said, "Son, she's gonna break your heart." Daddy said,
"Boy, she's been trouble from the start." I said,
"Maybe so, but here's the funny part— I kinda like the trouble."
(mmm-hmm!) She's trouble in a white T-shirt,
Trouble with a capital T,
If loving her's a bad decision,
Then bad decisions look good to me! (hahaha!)
(that's right!)
