Introduced by those who knew
You were shy and I was nervous But Allah had a plan

I didn’t know what life would bring But Allah knew that day
And somewhere between then and now A stranger became my home
And every road that I’ve walked since I never walked

May 2010, we became one
I remember how nervous you were
We began a life together
With our trust in Allah above
And I still remember Earl’s Court
Driving through that bus depot
Something in my heart just told me
“You’re the one I can’t let go”
The Great Wall underneath the sky You were scared upon that cable
car
Hong Kong nights and that special song Played just for us beneath
the stars We’ve travelled roads to different places
Dubai, Qatar, Turkey, Saudi too But wherever life may take us
My favourite place is next to you
