Bad Day Banana Bounce

Hey! I was just trying to eat my breakfast,

Then I looked down

and saw this face...

Bro... you good? (hahaha)

Woke up this morning,

feeling okay, Coffee in my cup,

gonna have a good day.

Peeled me a banana,

took a bite or two,

Then I saw that little face staring back like,

“Man... I’m through.”

Two little eyes and a frown down low,

Looking like he got bills that were due three weeks ago.

I said, “Why you sad?

You’re potassium, my guy!”

He looked right back like,

“Because you’re about to eat me,

that’s why!” He didn’t ask for money,

He didn’t ask for fame,

He just sat on my fork

Looking tired of the game.

Banana had a bad day,

Somebody take his worries away!

He got no job,

no car, no pay,

But somehow he’s stressed anyway!

Banana had a bad day,

Look at that little face and pray.

I was gonna eat him right away...

But now I feel guilty,

Five minutes later, little dude went viral overnight.

People saying, “That banana looks like me!”

Monday morning, 7:03. He got followers,

sponsors, Now he thinks he’s a star,

Bought a tiny pair of sunglasses And a miniature car.

Yesterday

he was breakfast,

Today he’s VIP,

That banana got more followers Than you and me!

Don’t cry, little banana,

Everything will be all right.

You may be turning brown,

But your future’s looking bright!

From the fruit bowl to

the big screen, Everybody knows your name.

Who knew looking miserable Could bring you fortune and fame?
