For years, real-world evidence lived at the margins.
Supportive.
Supplementary. Contextual.
It did not rule.
It advised.
Sovereignty does not announce itself.
It emerges when every other institution begins to defer!
Regulators reference it. HTA bodies revise around it.
Funders demand it!
(Ahhh) Real-world evidence does not speculate!
It records! And in a system now able to see,
Recording outranks reasoning!
Traditional evidence asks:
What should happen under controlled conditions?
RWE asks:
What did happen,
at scale, over time?
No model competes with memory.
No assumption outweighs observation.
For decades, authority flowed from those who controlled interpretation.
Data was scarce. Access was privileged.
Meaning was mediated. AI breaks this monopoly.
Patterns emerge without permission!
When outcomes repeat, persuasion becomes irrelevant.
Storytelling cannot outrun arithmetic.
It belongs to reality.
