As I lay here in the dark heart beating to the binaural

beats I set

I drift off and think of you

lightening crashes go the distant ground

rain is coming

I remember

your eyes and that awesome smile that kiss too that started it

all

I think of that and my astrol self behind go fall

your lips

so tender and true

sheets over us your brother looking through the door

smiling too

Arizona the nights so warm we didn’t sweat we just kept rythem

no debt

to be paid a millions miles after

I remember what you said “ I love you “ in my

right ear

kinda funny I’m deaf in that ear

you could’ve screamed it or did you fear but when you found

me bewildered and drugged an all

I wasn’t ready fir you to walk out that way at all

you didn’t know I couldn’t tell

damn all these years walking through hell I’ve gotten on bended knee

as well

church bells are ringing now

I will not bow but for a moment in time
