Yeah, yeah (bring it in now)
The angel shows John a pure river of water of life,
Clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and the Lamb,
beyond strife. In the midst of the street of it,
on either side of the river bright,
The tree of life bears twelve kinds of fruits,
yielding each month its delight.
The leaves of the tree,
for the healing of the nations,
bring renewal, No more curse shall be,
in God's city timeless and perpetual.
The throne of God and of the Lamb is therein,
His servants serve Him,
beholding His face, a new life begins.
His name upon their foreheads written,
they bear, No night,
no lamp, no sun,
for the Lord God gives light beyond compare.
They shall reign forever and ever,
in His glory bright,
The promise of eternal life and divine right.
(forever and ever!) “Behold,
I come quickly,” the words faithful and true as relayed,
Blessed is he that keeps the sayings of this prophecy’s shade.
John, who heard and saw these things,
fell down to worship in awe,
But the angel said,
“Worship God,” fulfilling divine law.
“Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book,
The time is at hand,
take heed and look.
He that is unjust,
let him remain so still,
He that is righteous,
let righteousness fill.”
“Behold, I come soon,
My reward with Me to impart,
To give every man according as his work plays its part.
I AM The Aleph Tav,
Alpha
and Omega, beginning and the end,
Blessed are they that do His commandments,
to the tree of life ascend.
Outside are dogs, sorcerers,
whoremongers, murderers, Idolaters, and those loving lies,
deceivers and perjurers.
'I Jesus have sent Mine angel to testify unto you,' the revelation
endures, 'I am the root and offspring of David,
the bright and morning star that assures.' The Spirit and the bride
say, “Come.” Let him that hears say,
“Come,” extend welcome to some.
(come home!)
Let him who thirsts take of the water of life freely,
The invitation to grace and life,
offered truly
and sincerely. Amen.
