(awww yeah)
Yo, in the first year of King Belshazzar's reign,
Daniel had a dream,
visions so insane. He saw the winds stir up the great sea,
Four great beasts coming,
one after the other,
you see. From the depths of the ocean,
they did rise, Representing kingdoms
with power and lies.
The first was like a lion,
wings in the air,
The second like a bear,
brutal and bare. (ohhh yeah)
The third beast was like a leopard,
quick as a flash,
Four wings and four heads,
a fierce dashing crash.
Then came the fourth,
a beast terrifying and strong,
With iron teeth, devouring all wrong.
But Daniel watched closely,
till thrones were placed,
The Ancient of Days took His glorious space.
Clothed in white, His hair like pure wool,
The flames of fire and wheels,
oh how they pull!
The court assembled, books were laid out,
The judgment began, of this there's no doubt.
The beasts were all slain,
and the glory was shown,
To the Son of Man,
a kingdom was grown.
He came with the clouds,
like a moment divine,
To Him was given dominion,
a reign that would shine.
All peoples, nations, and languages would bow,
His everlasting kingdom, here and now.
Heavenly Father, I come to You,
Recognizing my need for Your grace.
I seek clarity in my life,
Knowing peace
comes through Jesus Christ.
Thank You for Your love and salvation through Christ.
(Amen, amen)
