I can study what they did well I can learn without envy

Leave comparison Then bring the knowledge back to me

Ask yourself: Am I better than last year?

Am I wiser than before?

Did I strengthen my relationships?

Did I open any doors?

Am I serving people better?

Did my habits start to change?

That's a measurement worth keeping

That's a meaningful kind of gain

My journey is valid.

My pace is valid.

My definition of success can be my own.

I celebrate other people

without diminishing myself. I learn from others without copying

their identity. I know what matters to me.

I protect my peace.

I build according to purpose.

I am enough to begin.

I am capable

of improving.
