Naija,

wetin dey happen?

Everywhere don hard o…

But we still dey hustle.

Every morning, man dey wake up,

Thinking of how to survive,

Fuel don high, food don high,

But salary no dey rise.

Mama dey market, price don double,

Papa dey work, e still dey struggle,

Rent don high, transport

don high,

Na who wey get money dey smile.

Naija economy, e dey worry me,

Everything dey cost, who go rescue me?

Garri don high, rice don high,

But we no go give up,

we go still survive.

Naija economy,

we dey cry but we dey strong,

Even when the road rough,

we go carry on.

One day, one day,

things go change, Naija people,

we go rise again.

Young man graduate, job no dey,

He dey search every day,

nothing to say.

Young girl hustle from night till day,

Just to put food for her family plate.

Dollar dey climb, naira dey fall,

Everybody dey ask, “Who go answer the call?”

But Nigerian spirit no fit die,

We go keep pushing,

we go keep trying.

Politician, hear the people cry,

We need better life,

we no wan die.

Give us good roads,

give us good light,

Give our children future,

give us hope tonight.

Naija economy, e dey worry me,

Everything dey cost, who go rescue me?

But

from Lagos to Abuja,

From Kano down to

Port

Harcourt, We still dey hustle,

we still dey pray,

Better tomorrow go come someday.

Naija… hold on. No matter how hard e be,

We no go give up.
