Endless Flames

I carry a pain that will never end,

A fire that burns me,

my heart to bend.

With every breath, like a blade in my chest,

It tears through my soul,

it won't let me rest.

When I am alone,

I drown in the sorrow I cannot explain,

And tears fall like rain… like a cold,

endless rain.

I have an endless pain,

Running through my veins,

Burning like a flame,

Calling out your name.

My heart is crying low,

But where am I to go?

If love is all that stays,

Then love must heal this pain.

A burning desire, a never-ending
