Underneath where the deep water moans

I cannot resist the sound Leaping down to where the waves are

bound

Under the black ocean foam

Searching for the heart of her home

Into the dark everything is one

But a light flickers bright as the sun

Suddenly a shadow

in the deep A giant predator awake from its sleep

I dive to the sand,

covered in gray Escaping the teeth to fight another day

I swim back to the stones

To the freedom my spirit owns

Through the leaves, up the hill I race

To find the light of a safer place

Breathless

in the magenta glow

Of the good forest fairy

I now know I fall in love in sweet surrender

Caught in her web,

so soft and tender

Traded for eternity in this silent lake
