With Dakota and Tucker by your side,

You showed the world how a good dog lives life.

You never asked for anything but love,

And somehow you gave me more than enough.

Maybe Heaven has a trail with your name on the sign,

A field full of sunflowers and endless sunshine.

Maybe there’s a lake where you can swim all day,

And a mountain view where you can run and play.

Maybe you’re watching over me tonight,

Like you always did when you were by my side.
