Talking ’bout our future,

trying to make our people proud.

Sometimes we’re just kicking back,

passing time together, Talking about our dreams and how we’ll make them

better. Sometimes we light one up while the streetlights glow,

Just sharing laughs with the people I’ve always known.

Weekend parties, backyard cookouts every summer night,

Music in the speakers and the stars shining bright.

Those are the moments money could never replace,

Everywhere I travel, I’m still the same guy,
