A bird rests on the tree

Singing praises, lifting worship to You,

Thank You for Your covering through the night

Thank You for the breath that woke me in the light

Thank You for the blessing on my family

Our going out, our coming in,

You're all we need You are the Almighty,

the Beginning and the End If I can praise You now,

Lord, let me praise You again

Father, I come before You on my knees

I know I'm not deserving of Your grace

I am a sinful man,

yet still I plead

Just make me Your servant,

or a crown to wear

Just a place at Your feet,

breathing in Your air

Forgive me for the roads I chose to walk

Forgive every mistake

I made along the way
