loud and clear, Voices filled with worship
everyone will hear.
Yoruba praise, Igbo chants,
Hausa melodies, Joined together
beautifully
in perfect peace.
Our mothers dressed in Ankara so bright,
Our fathers in Agbada
glowing in the light.
Children dancing happily with flags held high,
Celebrating Jesus, lifting praises to the sky.
We will bring our jollof rice and spicy suya too,
Moi-moi, puff-puff, and pepper soup for you.
Cultural procession
with joy on display,
Showing God’s glory
in the Nigerian way.
Spoken word with wisdom,
heritage on show, Traditional performances full of life and flow.
Photo booths and laughter,
worship without end, Many tribes together as one family and friend.
Culture Day! Nations side by side,
In the love of Jesus we will all unite.
From Nigeria to every land,
Together we will proudly stand.
Culture Day! Let the whole world see,
