get up and move your feet,
eat good food, get your sleep
No smoking, no drinking,
no drugs, protect your life and fill it with hugs
Manage your time and focus your mind,
your body is a treasure,
the best of its kind
Stop! Don't trash, don't litter the ground,
take your garbage to the right place you found
Plastics and cans make the sea life die,
reduce and recycle under the sky
Save every drop, keep the waterways clean,
make our big world the greenest you've seen We live this promise

A rule cannot change a part,
true nonviolence must start in our heart
Mamas and Papas, please hear this plea,
hold your children close as can be Have you lost a child
to violence or pain?
Let's make sure it doesn't happen again
I lost my grandson baby Adam,
too, an innocent soul,
gone way too soon
My heart was broken,
but his memory
inspired this promise for all I vowed to protect
every baby and child,
to keep their bright futures safe,
gentle, and mild
Break the cycle today,
hold them tight,
keep them walking in love and light
