When I feed my mind trash,

I feel like trash

But emotions are not problems

They’re just signals

Fear shows me exactly what matters So I learn from it,

I don't let it shatter

I let the fear of God be my anchor Awe that steers

me, not anxiety that traps me

Anger tells me which boundaries were crossed So I don't lose myself,

I don't get lost Anxiety means I'm stuck in the future's haze

A reminder to come back to the present days Motivation may spark

the change But habits rearrange the game

My thoughts shape me,
