Light of the First Morn
O holy night, a star shines bright,
Heaven fills the world with light.
A precious Child, so pure and mild,
God sends His love in this Holy Child.
Mary holds her precious Son,
God’s beloved, Holy One.
With tender love, she looks above,
Her heart is filled with grace and love.
O Mother Mary, pure and blessed,
You hold the Savior to your breast.
A humble manger, a gift divine,
God’s perfect love for all mankind.
Saint Joseph stands with heart so true,
Protecting Mary and Jesus too.
With faith in God,
he walks each day,
And trusts the Lord to guide the way.
Through every trial, through every night,
He guards the Child,
God’s holy Light.
Together they share a love so deep,
A sacred promise they
will keep.
Glory, glory, Jesus is born!
Heaven’s light shines on Christmas morn!
Mary and Joseph kneel in prayer,
God’s greatest gift
is shining there! Hallelujah,
sing and rejoice! Let every heart lift up its voice!
Jesus, our Savior, our hope and King,
With hearts full of love,
Your praises we sing!
The angels sing from Heaven above,
Proclaiming peace and God’s great love.
The shepherds come with hearts so bright,
To worship Jesus,
the world’s true Light.
The stars shine down,
the heavens proclaim,
All glory and honor to Jesus’ name.
The world rejoices, the promise is true,
God sends His love to me and you.
Dear Baby Jesus,
hear our prayer,
Bless every family
everywhere.
Bring peace to the world,
let love increase, Fill every heart with heavenly peace.
Dear Mother Mary, guide us each day,
Teach us to love and show us the way.
Saint Joseph, guardian, faithful and strong,
Help us to follow where God leads us along.
Glory, glory, Jesus is born!
Heaven’s light shines on Christmas morn!
Mary and Joseph kneel in prayer,
God’s greatest gift
is shining there! Hallelujah,
sing and rejoice! Let every nation lift its voice!
Jesus, our Savior, forever our King,
Glory to God, let all creation sing!
Glory, glory, hallelujah! All our hearts belong to You!
Merry Christmas, let the whole world sing,
Jesus is born, our Savior and King!
Sleep, little
Jesus, heavenly Child,
Mary holds You, tender and mild.
Joseph watches
with love so true,
The gift of Heaven is here for you.
Merry Christmas, let our hearts rejoice,
Let every child
lift
up their voice.
Praise to Jesus forevermore…
