We say we want World Peace...
But World Peace starts right in my heart.
My actions today...
Are either helping me...
or ruining me.
I pledge to be nonviolent,
Respect my body,
And protect the Earth!

NVP keeps peace inside.
With intelligent choices and zero pride.
Anger and violence will ruin your day.
So drop the rage,
don't break a heart,
Choosing peace is where we start!
HEALTH IS WEALTH.
Put down your phone,
go move your feet,
Eat good food, exercise and walk in the sun…get a good night
sleep!
No smoking, no drinking,
no drugs, Protect your life and fill it with hugs.
Manage your time and focus your mind,
Your body is a treasure—the best of its kind!
Take the pledge to protect the earth.
Stop! Don't trash, don't litter the ground,
Plastics and cans make the sea life die,
Reduce and recycle under the sky!
Keep the ocean clean,
Make our big world the greenest you've ever seen.
We live this promise every single day,
In all that we do
and all that we say.
A rule cannot change a part,
True nonviolence must start
in our heart.
Mamas and Papas, hear this plea,
Have you lost your child to drugs or violence?
I lost my grandson Baby Adam too!
Heart broken parents,
keep your chin up.
I pledge to be nonviolent,
Respect my body,
And protect the Earth!
