Electric Fever

Oh yeah… Something’s

moving

tonight… Hey! Hey! Can you feel it?

She walked in at a quarter to ten The whole room turned

around again Black shoes tapping on the floor

Everybody wanted more She didn’t speak,

she didn’t smile Just kept on moving all the while The DJ

turned the music high And something happened in her eyes

One step left, two steps right Something’s burning in the light Feel

that rhythm, feel that sound Everybody gather round!

Midnight frequency! Got that rhythm running through me!

Oh-oh, can’t you see?

The music’s taking over me!

Hey! Hey! Feel the beat!

Everybody move your feet!

Oh-oh,

let it ride! We’re dancing on the other side!

The clock struck twelve,

the lights went blue The bass kicked in,

the feeling grew A thousand faces,

moving slow Nobody wanted her to go She spun around and disappeared

But still that melody was near I heard the rhythm calling me

Like some electric mystery

One step left, two steps right Something’s burning in the light Feel

that rhythm, feel that sound Everybody gather round!

Stop!

Wait a minute! Can you hear that sound?

Boom! Boom! Feel it shaking the ground!

Don’t look back! Don’t slow down!

Let the music spin around!

Midnight frequency! Got that rhythm running through me!

Oh-oh, can’t you see?

The music’s taking over me!

Hey! Hey! Feel the beat!

Everybody move your feet!

Midnight… midnight… Frequency!

Oh yeah! Hey!
