ElevenMusic x SoundCloud Artist Pro: Promotion Terms
1. The offer
1.1 SoundCloud Artist Pro subscribers who link their ElevenMusic account to their SoundCloud account will receive three (3) months of ElevenMusic Pro free (the “Offer”).
1.2 The Offer is run by Eleven Labs Inc. (“ElevenLabs”, “we”, “us”). SoundCloud is not the promoter of the Offer.
2. Who can take part
2.1 The Offer is open to anyone aged 18 or over (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) who has an active SoundCloud Artist Pro subscription when they link their accounts. You can be a new ElevenMusic user, or an existing ElevenMusic Pro subscriber who pays monthly (see paragraph 3.3).
2.2 One Offer per person and per SoundCloud account. You cannot use the Offer more than once, even if you create a new account.
3. How to claim
3.1 Between 5 November 2026 and 11:59pm (UK time) on 31 October 2027, sign in to or create an ElevenMusic account, link it to your SoundCloud Artist Pro account, and add a valid payment card (if you have not already done so).
3.2 Your three (3) free months start on the day your accounts are successfully linked and your card is added, unless paragraph 3.3 applies to you.
3.3 If you are an existing ElevenMusic Pro subscriber who pays monthly and you link your SoundCloud Artist Pro account, we will not charge you for your next three (3) monthly payments for your ElevenMusic Pro subscription, starting from your next billing date after your accounts are linked. Your subscription otherwise continues unchanged. If you are an existing ElevenMusic Pro subscriber and you pay annually, you are not eligible to participate in this Offer.
4. What happens after the Offer period
4.1 Unless you cancel before the end of your three (3) free months, your subscription automatically continues as a paid ElevenMusic Pro subscription at the then-current monthly price (currently $9.99 per month, plus any applicable taxes). We will charge the card you provided each month until you cancel.
5. Cancelling
5.1 You can cancel at any time through your account settings. If you cancel during the three (3) free months, you will not be charged for ElevenMusic Pro and your access to ElevenMusic Pro ends at the end of the free period.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 The Offer has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged, transferred, or combined with any other ElevenMusic offer or discount.
6.2 We may withdraw or change the Offer, or end it early, only if reasonably necessary. This will not affect any free period you have already started.
6.3 We may refuse or cancel the Offer if we reasonably believe it is being misused or obtained fraudulently.
6.4 Your use of ElevenMusic is governed by our Terms of Use (the “Terms of Use”) and Privacy Policy. These Promotion Terms apply in addition to the Terms of Use. If there is any conflict between them, these Promotion Terms apply to the Offer only.
6.5 Any claims will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, except to the extent preempted by U.S. Federal Law, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles (whether of the State of New York or any other jurisdiction) that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction. If any claim is not subject to arbitration pursuant to Section 13 of the Terms of Use, then the state and federal courts located in New York City, New York, will have exclusive jurisdiction. You and ElevenLabs waive any objection to venue in any such courts. If your local law requires that consumer contracts be interpreted subject to local law and enforced in the courts of that jurisdiction, this section may not apply to you only to the extent that local law conflicts with this section.
