I am a retired veterinary technician who devoted twenty‑one years to the same animal hospital, caring for generations of pets and the families who loved them. Born in Illinois and raised in Texas from the age of seven, I carry the steadiness of the Midwest and the warmth of Texas in everything I do. My life changed forever with the loss of my son, a grief that reshaped my purpose and deepened my compassion. I now create memorial pictures, custom shirts, and original songs in his honor and in honor of others walking through loss. My art has become a way of keeping love alive, turning heartbreak into remembrance, and helping families hold onto the people they miss. My journey into genealogy began as a search for truth — a search that not only restored my father’s lineage, but also led me to something I never expected: finding my sister. Through records, DNA, and determination, I uncovered the family connection that had been missing for decades. That discovery became a turning point, a healing moment, and a reminder that roots have a way of reaching back when we reach for them. Today, I continue creative and restorative work from my home in Texas, honoring loved ones, preserving stories, and helping others find peace, connection, and truth through remembrance.
